Connect Check24 with Hotel-Spider

Check24 is price comparison portal for insurances, finance, energy, telecommunications, travel as well as shopping, craftmanship and tax declaration.

In the travel industry it operates as a meta search platform aggreting prices from different sources including its own platform.

To connect Check24 with our channel manager, proceed as follows:

1. Registration with Check24

• Register your property on the platform: https://extranet.hotel.check24.de/onboarding
• Create your room categories and rate types in Check24's extranet
• Select ‘Hotel Spider’ as your channel manager in the configuration process

2. Connectivity set-up in the Channel Manager

• In the Hotel-Spider extranet: Go to 'Connectivity' -> 'Portal' -> and click on 'Check24', to add the platform to your enabled channels:
  
  
   
• In tab 'General': Enter your Check24 Hotelcode and click on 'Save':
  
  
  
  
• In tab 'Mapping': Use drag-and-drop to link the individual products from Check24 (right-hand column) with those from Hotel-Spider (left-hand column). When all products have been assigned, click on ‘Save’:
  
  
  
  
  
• In tab 'General': Change the status to "Open" and save:
  
  
  
  
• In tab 'Push & pull": Start the data synchronisation by clicking on the ‘Push all data for 2 years’ button at the bottom right:
  
  
  
  

3. Check your data on Check24

After prices, availabilities and booking rules have been completely transferred to Check24 (waiting time approx. 60 minutes), check them in the extranet of the portal in the ‘Rates & Inventory’ -> ‘Inventory overview’ section:

If all values match those of Hotel-Spider, the interface setup has been successfully completed.
