Manual synchronization of an OTA?

Hotel-Spider automatically sends any change registered in the system to all connected platforms.

During a manual synchronization (so-called "Full Push"), all data is transferred to the OTA for a period of 2 years.

A manual data export should be performed when

• a platform is re-connected
• a room or rate configuration was changed in the portal or in Hotel-Spider
• a new period is released for sale
• a mapping is newly set up or changed

A "Full Push" is the only way to ensure that all data in the portal is kept up to date at all time. 

To start the manual synchronization

• go to "Connectivity" in our Hotel-Spider extranet
• select an enabled channel (e.g. Booking.com)
• navigate to the "Push & pull" tab
• trigger the "Full Push", by clicking "Push all data for 2 years" on the bottom of the page.

 
Note: It might take up to 1 hour until all pushed data is fully processed by the connected channel.
