In the Hotel-Spider Extranet under Configuration >> Rates, new rates can be created, existing rates can be edited and rate plans can be created.

Rate plans (optional)
Rates can be grouped into categories to structure their listing and simplify later editing. It is not mandatory to work with rate plans, but it can be helpful if, for example, your direct booking rates differ from portal rates.
Use the '+ Add rate plan' button to create a new group:

Create a new rate by clicking '+ Add rate' under Configuration >> Rates.
In the field that then opens, enter the desired rate name (max. 64 characters) and select a rate plan (=optional, see above).
After creating the rate, you can further edit it by clicking on its name:
ID:
This is automatically generated by our system and cannot be changed. If you have a PMS interface, this ID must be stored in your hotel management system.
This rate plan is derived:
Rate derivations allow booking rules to be copied from one rate to another. If you later make changes to the booking rules of the "parent rate", these are automatically transferred to the derived rate. Default rate:
Only 1 rate can be declared as "default". This is used as the "default" rate if our system cannot clearly assign a rate that is unknown to it.
Currency code:
Select the currency in which the rate will be calculated.
Delete:
Rates can only be removed if they are not linked to the portals in the Channel Manager, otherwise an error message will be displayed when deleting them.
History:
Here you can track by which user a rate was created or changed.
