You can check or change the availabilities in Hotel-Spider under:

https://extranet.hotel-spider.ch/hotel/#/inventories

In the center of the page is the availability table in which you can see per room:

1. How many availabilities per day are stored in the system
2. How many rooms have been sold
3. Whether the room is open or closed
4. How many rooms are online
