Start connection in Hotel-Spider:
To establish the connection, please ensure that the "PMS connection" product is active in your Hotel-Spider subscription.
To connect, please follow these steps:
1) Click CONNECTIVITY in the menu/p
2) Select "PMS" in the upper tab
3) Locate APALEO in the program overview and click on it so that it appears at the top under "Enabled channels"
4) Now click on the Apaleo field
5) A warning message and a button to start the connection with Apaleo will appear:
6) Click on "Connect Apaleo" to be redirected to a new login page.
7) Log in for the first time with your Hotel-Spider username and password.
8) Log in to Apaleo on the next page with your Apaleo credentials.
9) After logging in, you will receive a success or error message.
10) If the registration was successful, select Hotel-Spider to link the Channel Manager to your Apaleo account.
12) Then select your Apaleo hotel code in Hotel-Spider and save it. You can also set the interface status to "Open" and save again.
15) Switch to the "Mapping" tab and assign the products:
First select a Default sellable product at the top to use as the default in case of missing mapping and save this setting.
The mapping column on the left lists products that are created in the Hotel-Spider extranet. In the right column there are empty fields. The mapping codes from Apaleo need to be dragged and dropped into these fields. The grey bars on the right side are the mapping codes received from Apaleo. Save the mapping once all products are assigned.
How do I define the mapping for an interface?
16) Go back to the "General" tab and click "Trigger full ARI sync". This will push prices, restrictions, and availability.
Synchronization can only be triggered after the release has been made to Apaleo (follow the steps below)
Please note: Every time the mapping is saved or updated, a subscription is created or updated on Apaleo. The subscription is a trigger that lets Apaleo know which products we have mapped and that the ARI updates should be sent there.
Release in Apaleo:
In Apaleo, you need to grant the Channel Manager access rights at tariff level. To do this, follow these steps:
1) Rates
2) Rate plans
3) Booking Channels
