Retrieving credit card details in the new reservation overview

From September 2025, credit card details can only be accessed in Hotel-Spider via our new reservations screen: ‘Reservations (V5)’.

Select the booking for which you want to see the card details.

In the detailed view, click on the arrow in the ‘Payments’ field:

The ‘See card details’ button will display the complete card number and CVC code:

NOTE: In order to be allowed to see the card details, you must have active two-factor authentication for your user login. If the card details do not appear, please follow the steps described in this article to activate secure login for your account:  Activate two-factor authentication
