If a reservation could not be imported into the PMS automatically after several attempts, the booking can be manually re-released for export.
Please note that there are some PMSs that retrieve bookings from the channel manager and others that have bookings pushed to them immediately after receipt. The manual release process must be carried out differently, according to which way your PMS works.
For PMSs that retrieve reservations from Hotel-Spider follow these steps:
Go to RESERVATIONS -> Search: https://extranet.hotel-spider.ch/hotel/#/reservations/search
Select the booking(s) you want to re-send by ticking the box:
Click on ACTION
In the new window, select MARK SELECTED RESERVATIONS AS NOT EXPORTED
Finally, you will be asked if you want to start the process. Confirm this.
As soon as your PMS sends the next reservation retrieval request (usually every 5 minutes) the selected reservations will be provided (again) by our system.
For PMSs where bookings are pushed follow these steps:
Go to RESERVATIONS -> Search: https://extranet.hotel-spider.ch/hotel/#/reservations/search
Open the reservation that you would like to re-push and scroll to the bottom of the page.
Click on PUSH RESERVATION
Alternatively, the status of the reservation pushes can also be viewed in the PMS interface settings:
- CONNECTIVITY
- PMS
- Click on PMS Logo
- TRANSMISSIONS tab
- Click on REPLAY EVENT
